Texas Subs has steadily expanded over the years and we strive to continue that trend to better serve you, our dedicated customer! Our future growth plans include new store development as well as existing store acquisitions. According to our strategic plan, we have exceeded our expectation to operate 50 Subway stores by 2010. You can find our stores in the following areas:
Killeen area: including Copperas Cove, Harker Heights, Lampasas, Gatesville, and Nolanville
Waco area: including Bellmead, Robinson, and Hewitt
Dallas/Ft. Worth area: including Flower Mound, Trophy Club, Fort Worth, Roanoke, McKinney, Sherman, and Denison.
Company History
Texas Subs Inc. is a conglomerate of several partnerships which represents 58 Subway® restaurants, Mooyah Burgers, and Sun Set Tan. Texas Subs began business in 1991 by opening its’ first restaurant, Subway #10455 on Fort Hood Street in Killeen, Texas. Today, Texas Subs employs more than 650 people spread out amongst its’ many locations in Central and North Texas. Texas Subs’ awards include the Franchisee of the Year award in 1993, 1996, 1999, 2001, and 2004. Tomasene Sam (Killeen-2005) and Sharon Hall (Waco-2007 & 2008) have won the prestigious title as “Fastest Sandwich Maker in the Word.” In 2007, Texas Subs Inc. was also recognized by Inc. 5000 as one of the fastest growing companies in America. Texas Subs is one of the largest quick service restaurants (QSR’s) in the United States in terms of total system sales. Its’ success is attributed to the incredible dedication and commitment of its’ valued employees.
